Lead Modular operates as the regional partner of Treysan Prefabricated Steel Construction Industry & Trade Corp., a subsidiary of IC Holding founded in 1975. All manufacturing is carried out at Treysan’s modern production facility, equipped with advanced machinery and covering 60,000 m² of open area and 21,000 m² of enclosed production space. Production is performed by a team of nearly 200 experienced professionals in accordance with the required international standards and certifications.

Our architectural and engineering works are completed in coordination with local design firms in Europe and our engineering team in our factory. All preferred products are in European Norms, suitable for the conditions of the project location, approved by local design offices. Following engineering approvals, all production processes are inspected and approved by Tüv Nord. Tüv Nord, which also performs 3rd party observation for our customers, shares all daily progress reports with our customers.
All materials used in our buildings are CE certified. Our production facility has all necessary ISO and OHSAS certificates.
